JHP Training, like all providers, is rigorously inspected by the Adult Learning Inspectorate to grade the quality of our provision. In 2006, we were awarded an overall Grade 2 (out of 4), which means that JHP Training is considered by ALI to be a 'good' training provider.
In addition to this, JHP Training were delighted when the Chief Inspector of the ALI, David Sherlock, named us specifically in his 2006 Annual Report to Government Ministers, as one of the best training providers in the country. In his report Mr Sherlock commented:
"JHP Training has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to achieving the very highest standards in the quality of training that they offer. To be one of the top providers in the country is a tremendous achievement and a great credit to the team at JHP…Learners can be confident that they will receive first-class support to reach their full potential."
Every year we carry out a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey to help better understand the needs of the young person and their employer. Here is a selection of comments from our 2007 survey:
