Customer Service

Are you the type of person who likes to solve people's problems, deal with their concerns and put their minds at ease? If you are, then you could consider doing a qualification in Customer Service.

Customer Service is all about making people feel valued and, at times when they don't, reassuring them that their problem will be solved. There are opportunities for Customer Service staff in all sorts of organizations, so you could do your Apprenticeship anywhere from a doctor's surgery to a bank, from a ticket office to a hotel.

As a Customer Service Apprentice you'll gain useful skills to resolve all sorts of customer issues. If you are a good Apprentice then not only will you be an asset to your employer, but you'll also be the face or voice that customers remember.

What can I expect to do as a Customer Service Apprentice?

Some of the things you might do include: answering customer enquiries, selling goods and services, solving problems, advising on products, customer promotions and events, dealing with complaints and improving communications.
